Terms of Use

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Remix Design Studio (operated by Xi'an Huanyin Technology Co., Ltd.) (“Licensor”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) regarding your use of the LaunchOS software and related services (collectively, the “Software”).

By installing, copying, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use LaunchOS on your macOS devices for personal or internal business use, in accordance with this Agreement.

The free version of LaunchOS may be used without charge.

Paid features ("Pro Features") require a valid license key to activate. Once purchased, your license is perpetual (lifetime) for the version available at the time of purchase.

2. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the Software, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
• Resell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Software or license key.
• Circumvent or attempt to bypass any technical protection or license verification mechanism.

3. Ownership

LaunchOS is licensed, not sold.

All intellectual property rights in and to the Software (including all updates, design elements, and documentation) remain the exclusive property of Remix Design Studio.

4. License Activation

Activation of Pro Features requires an internet connection and a valid license key issued by us.

You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. Sharing or public posting of license keys may result in termination of your license.

5. Updates

We may provide software updates or improvements. Updates may be offered automatically or manually and may include bug fixes, feature enhancements, or compatibility improvements.

Use of updates is governed by this same Agreement unless accompanied by a separate license.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that LaunchOS will be error-free or meet your specific needs.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software — including loss of data, productivity, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the Pro license.

8. Termination

This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by general principles of international law and fair use.

Local consumer protection laws in your country may also apply.

10. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day refund window in accordance with our payment partners' policies.

Refunds are generally not available once a license has been activated or the product has been substantially used.

All refund requests are reviewed and processed through our authorized payment providers.
