Thank you for using LaunchOS (hereinafter referred to as "the App").

From its very inception, this App has been designed with a strong focus on protecting user data and privacy. This Agreement is intended to clearly explain our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. Please read carefully before using.

Information Collection

LaunchOS does not collect any personally identifiable information, nor does it collect sensitive personal data such as a list of applications installed on your device.

The only exception is anonymous crash logs, which may be automatically collected when the App encounters an error. These logs do not contain any personal identifiers, user content, or sensitive information. They only include technical details to help improve stability and performance, such as:

• Device model and operating system version
• Basic information about the App's behavior during the crash
• Anonymous identifiers for crash tracking

When purchasing and activating the App, you will need to provide your email address. This information is stored exclusively in our order management system and is used only to manage your orders and provide customer support, such as unbinding devices, assisting with lost activation keys, or invalidating and reissuing keys if they are compromised.

We never send promotional or marketing emails to your address, nor do we share it with any third parties.

Data Storage and Protection

All user data (such as personalized configuration, layout, and settings) is stored only on your local device. If iCloud sync is enabled (this feature is not yet available), this data is securely synchronized through iCloud and remains fully private. We take all reasonable measures to protect your local data. Your information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Services

The App may use third-party services (e.g., for crash reporting). These services only collect anonymous technical data, and are bound by strict privacy policies. We do not share personal information with these services. The App may also contain links to third-party websites; we are not responsible for their privacy practices.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published in the App with the effective date clearly indicated. Please check back periodically to stay informed.
