From its very inception, this App has been designed with a strong focus on protecting user data and privacy. This Agreement is intended to clearly explain our User Agreement and Privacy Policy. Information Collection

LaunchOS does not collect any information, and will never collect sensitive personal data such as a list of applications installed on your device.

Only versions of LaunchOS before 2.2.0 used Firebase telemetry to collect anonymous crash logs, and only when the App encountered an error. These logs did not contain any personal identifiers, user content, or sensitive information. They only included technical details used to help improve stability and performance.

Starting with version 2.2.0, we completely removed telemetry modules from LaunchOS. We made this change to maximize user privacy and security: even when diagnostic data is anonymous, we prefer to avoid the possibility of external telemetry tools processing it.

When purchasing and activating the App, you will need to provide your email address. This information is stored exclusively in our order management system and is used only to manage your orders and provide customer support, such as unbinding devices, assisting with lost activation keys, or invalidating and reissuing keys if they are compromised.

We never send promotional or marketing emails to your address, nor do we share it with any third parties.

Data Storage and Protection

All user data, such as personalized configuration, layout, and settings, is stored only on your local device.

We take all reasonable measures to protect your local data. Your information will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to any third party without your explicit consent.

Third-Party Services

The App may contain links to third-party websites, such as our community links. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published in the App with the effective date clearly indicated. Please check back periodically to stay informed.
